Components of Hoya Hydronic Floor Heating System
Hoya Elvan Stone Panels
Our Hoya ondol panels are made from carbon mineral with elvan stone. When heated, elvan stone radiates a large amount of beneficial infrared rays. Infrared rays assist in healing cold and respiratory related illnesses, reduce airborne bacteria, and have anti-aging effects. It improves ionization within the body to enhance cellular processes, blood circulation and metabolism. Our elvan stone panels give a firm support to the finished floor.
Elvan Stone Floors
One of the main function of LVP underlayment is insulation that reduces thermal bridging between floor lays. Most finished floor materials have insulation underlayment. However, hydronic floor heating system requires thermal conductivity to transfer heat from hot water to the finished floor. We have worked to solve this issue. Now, we can facilitate our hydronic heating system with the new elvan stone SPC floor. Our elvan stone SPC flooring provides superior thermal conductivity and maximize heating efficiency

To serve small spaces such as single rooms and backyard offices, we have explored a variety of electric boilers. Through cooperation with a S. Korean company, we have acquired two types of electric boilers that meet our needs for small hydronic heating systems. These boilers produce sufficient hot water for our elvan stone panels and eliminate the need for electric transformers. These are the two types of electric boilers:
DI-M 015K - 110 Volt, 1.5 kw/h, 1,290 kcal/h, 10.0 square meters (107 sf)
DI-M 030K - 120 Volt, 3.0 kw/h, 2,590 kcal/h, 20.0 square meters (214 sf)
